Moment iQOO is unveiling three models in the 9-series for the global stage, starting in India. There’s some imbrication with models formerly available in China,e.g. The iQOO 9 Pro is indistinguishable from the one in China. The iQOO 9 is all new, still, and there’s also the iQOO 9 SE, which is not entirely new, but was called else.
iQOO 9
This isn’t the iQOO 9 that launched in China, that bone was much near to the 9 Pro. This one arrives with a different chipset, screen, camera and battery. Principally, other than the name, the global iQOO 9 is a fully different from the Chinese bone.
The phone is now powered by the Snapdragon 888, the overclocked 888 from last time ( rather than the new 8 Gen 1). It comes with two memory configurations8/128 GB and12/256 GB (there is no 512 GB option). Note that the Extended RAM2.0 point can use the UFS3.1 storehouse to add some virtual RAM.
The chipset is cooled by the Full Coverage Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System, which the company claims drops the phone’s face temperature by 4 °C (and as much as 12 °C for the chipset itself during weighty gaming).
The phone still runs Funtouch OS ( interpretation 12, grounded on Android 12), rather of switching over to OriginOS. It’ll admit Zilches updates for two times and an redundant time of security patches (the same goes for the SE below).
The AMOLED display is lower at6.56”, down from6.78” on the Chinese model. It still has 1080p resolution and indeed an HDR10 instrument. The good news is that the 120W fast charging is maintained and can do a full 0-100 charge in just 18 twinkles. The bad news is that there’s no wireless charging on this model.
The main camera switched to a 48MP Sony IMX598, a lower1/2.0” detector with0.8 µm pixels (vs. 50MP,1/1.57”,1.0 µm on the Chinese unit). This bone has gimbal optic stabilization. It’s joined by a 13MP ultrawide camera (120 °) and a 13MP portrayal camera with 2x optic exaggeration (50 mm). On the front is a 16MP selfie camera.
The iQOO 9 is formerly onpre-order, deals will start on March 2. The base8/128 GB interpretation costs ₹ ($ 575/€ 510), while the12/256 GB one will set you back ₹. You can track down it on Amazon India.

iQOO 9 SE
At first regard the iQOO 9 SE is a new model too, but actually its tackle lines up impeccably with the iQOO Neo5 S. This phone is powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset (non-plus) and has the same8/128 GB and12/256 GB memory configurations as the 9.
It also has a larger display than the vanilla model, a6.62” AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution. It too is driven by the Intelligent Display Chip and offers 120Hz refresh rate plus 300Hz touch slice rate. Both the 9 and the 9 SE have in- display point compendiums ( optic rather than ultrasonic like on the Pro).
The camera setup is also more modest. It uses the same 48MP IMX598 detector, however with a lower-able OIS system. The 13MP ultrawide camera (120 °) is on board, the portrayal camera is not. By the way, these ultrawide modules can shoot macro at just2.5 cm (1 in) distance.
When it comes to the battery, the vanilla and SE models trade punches – the SE has a slightly larger power cell ( mAh), but it maxes out at 66W FlashCharge.
Pre-orders for the iQOO 9 SE will start on March 2. The8/128 GB model will bring ₹ ($ 455/€ 400), the12/256 GB one will be ₹.
iQOO GamePad
In addition to smartphones, iQOO also blazoned the iQOO GamePad for global requests. It’s viable with the iQOO 9 series and associates with the telephones through Bluetooth.
iQOO told us the GamePad presently supports Free Fire, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and Call of Duty Mobile, but we might see the company expand the list in the future.
The iQOO GamePad is priced at ₹ ($ 40/€ 35) in India but we do not have its vacuity details yet.
